Wireframe: Unanswered question

What to do with a question that hasn't been answered? Agree to answer it, or something else?

The enquirer sees a question that they have not answered, decides whether or not to answer it, and if not, records a reason for not answering it.

• The question to be answered
  • the longer explanation of the question, if present
  • what the question structure is
• Assuming the most common, multiple choice, for each answer:
  • a short version of the answer
  • a longer explanation of what that answer means

Possibly also:

• a rough proportion of:
  • people who have answered this question
  • people who have refused to answer
  • other people's enquiries that have asked this question

• list, should tally with fields, buttons or links on the page
