The term question here can refer to rather different things.

• A open, honest question in the broader sense is a form of words that raises an issue of importance or significance to someone, but that doesn't have any fixed or simple answer.
• A good research question is always open and honest, but in addition is something that can be investigated through research practices (however you understand that).
• An emergent question is one that emerges from collective dialogue and reflection, again designed to engage people's interest as a question whose answer matters in some way.
• A criterion is a question, usually together with a set of possible answers, used to distinguish more or less desirable opportunities or people within RegenCHOICE.
