This is a key variable, related to enquiry type but not dependent on it. It is implemented as a short text code, unique across the system, similar to ETypeCode, such that they can be used in different enquiry types. Both of these key variables together determine which questions are allowed, which are relevant, which not appropriate (therefore not allowed in the system).
