To display on the forming enquiry page, we need a string to represent the open times. Times are defined on the enquiry times page.

There is a mapping from EnqTimes to here:

• EnqTimes = 0 → ETimeStr(en) = “no time constraints”
• ETimeStr for existing constraints needs to be decided.
