CanProps

This is an array of all the answers given to a particular property question by a particular candidate. It is indexed by the integer PropCount, with the current answer having index 0. For each existing answer, this contains

• CanPropCred
• CanPropDate
• CanPropVal

And for candidates who are connected, as contacts:

• CoPropNote applies only to the current answer, explaining the answer
• CoPropChNote applies to each answer separately, explaining the change, not the answer

What to display is calculated based on the CanPropVal and the other information in the question data.
