CanAVal
CanAVal combines with Question information to give CanAns, the human readable version.
- value or code for candidate's relational answer – never text
- if code, looked up and displayed as (usually one) QItemShort
- if numeric, values converted at time of display to cater for viewers' unit preferences
- the date that the answer was given is CanADate
