The fields listed below in the backlinks relate to the location.

Some locations have known date constraints, while others are “until further notice”. This can apply, for instance, to home locations; to nomadic locations. Putting in dates for locations is not mandatory; however it can help to avoid an enquiry location EnqLID being set together with enquiry times EnqTimes that are incompatible with the LocStart and LocEnd.
