EnqTimes

This is potentially a complicated compound field, intended to include both dates and times. See the enquiry times page for usage.

• null or 0 both mean that there are no date/time constraints — this is a safe default, as it rules out nothing.
• A format needs to be defined to represent date/time constraints, to be done, matching the selectors on the enquiry times page.
• The chosen dates/times need to be displayed to the user on the Forming enquiry page: this will be ETimeStr, and will take into account MyDateFormat. How to display this shortly is a challenge.

Note that locations can also have start and end dates. If a location is chosen, then if the Enquiry times have not yet been chosen, LocStart and LocEnd will be placed here in EnqTimes. If EnqTimes has already been set before a location is chosen, an alert will be raised if the dates are incompatible.
