A user can have one of 5 possible relations with a particular Question, broadly relating to how acceptable the question is and whether they have accepted to answer it or not.

• unaddressed – UNADD – they haven't seen it at all
• unanswered – UNANS – it has been seen but not answered
• answered – ANSWD – they have given an answer
• refused – REFSD – they understand the question but refuse to answer
• confused – CNFSD – they can't make enough sense to decide

This is separate from whether users mute an answer in any particular enquiry. That is covered by EQMuteB.
