resource (MAP term)

This term is not defined in the MAP, but still used extensively.

Commentary

aSimonG: My suggestion is to use the term “resource” explicitly to mean an asset that can actually be transferred, or exchanged — that is, can actually flow in a meaningful sense. This excludes intangible “vital capitals” or assets where it is the value of the asset that is part of an agreement, rather than the asset itself.
