A chooser is some [[person]] or [[organisation]] (including any kind of group) using RegenCHOICE to find others. In both kinds of [[enquiry]], both [[active]] and [[standing]], choosers are engaged in choosing the others that they would like to contact. And of course this also aligns with the old name: CHOICE.
