====== Range metric question structure ======

Some questions are best dealt with in a numerical way, rather than as a limited number of options. Some obvious examples are suggested below: typically questions involving space, time, money. For these kinds of questions, a personal answer will probably be a single number, and of course that can change over time.

For the question, absolute maximum and minimum need to be defined, as well as the unit of measurement and granularity.

For answers, this may be presented as a text field, with value checking so that invalid answers are not accepted, or alternatively (less likely) as a drop-down menu with appropriate values.

For requirements, this will be presented as two text fields, from and to, also value checked.

Anything that is usually answered with a number or single numeric format.
These are very rough examples and could be improved on.

“Where?” questions have answers that can be numeric but not in a single dimension.
It would be a good idea to allow for the possibility of questions like this, by generalising location questions.
