Open invitations page

Wireframe: invitations

This page lists invitations to contact, both from the enquirer and from others. Maybe one page for all enquiries will be enough.

I'm not even certain that the page is needed at all.

I look at the list of invitations.

• I may be inviting some others who have appeared on my Show results page. These will automatically be moved to Contacts if the other accepts the invitation.
• Others may have found me and invited me, if my enquiry isn't showing results because there are too many. I can go to the page for the Candidate, and based on that, accept or reject the invitation.

In general, needs Candidate-information. Key is CanNum.

Ideally, should recheck on every refresh of this page whether the people listed actually still fit, as they may have changed their enquiry. Then assemble:

• for each CanNum
  • ContactStatus
  • EnqName
  • ETypeLabel

The tables should be able to be sorted either by enquiry name, or by date contact agreed; initially, most recent first if no current enquiry, or if current enquiry, then with that enquiry first.

• in query string, one of
  • CanNum
  • EnqID
  • ETypeCode

Note that any change of the enquiry requires a reworking of invitations: if the enquiries do not fit, the invitation needs to be withdrawn.

The Forming enquiry page will say whether there are open invitations, and the Enquiries of type page as well.

We want to encourage enquirers to look at the open invitations first, before revising their enquiry.
