====== EnqLID ======

The identifier for the location [[LocID]] associated with this enquiry.

The idea is that a few of these will be standard, while users can add as many as they want, defined in various ways. Perhaps:
  * null will mean that location has not been defined
  * 0 will mean that location is "nowhere"
  * 1 might be a default place, like "my usual place"
  * 9 might mean that the location is wherever my locatable portable device is
  * perhaps user-defined places will start from 10?

All this can be decided later when the software is being built.
