This is an array of **all** the answers given to a particular [[ch:t:property]] question by a particular candidate.
It is indexed by the integer [[PropCount]], with the current answer having index 0. 
For each existing answer, this contains
  * [[CanPropCred]]
  * [[CanPropDate]]
  * [[CanPropVal]]

And for candidates who are connected, as contacts:
  * [[CoPropNote]] applies only to the current answer, explaining the answer
  * [[CoPropChNote]] applies to each answer separately, explaining the change, not the answer

What to display is calculated based on the [[CanPropVal]] and the other information in the question data.

**IN CONTRAST** the current versions of relational wants are given by
  * [[CanADate]]
  * [[CanAVal]], which with [[lang]] gives the readable [[CanAns]]
  * and for contacts, [[CoANote]]
