Technical–non-technical balance (criterion)

Question structure: aorbq or optsq

The idea here is to get a sense of how technically-oriented people are, or not. Typically people tend to focus either on the technical side of life, with tools, gadgets and computers, or the human side of relationship independent of tools.

On the one hand, a balance scale would not really show people who are good at both sides, or neither. On the other hand, it would be difficult for people to self-assess simple scales of “how good are you”, so a balance would be more likely to get an accurate picture.
